High Protein Gochujang Noodles
Simple noodles for an easy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
Noodles & egg
- vite ramen1 pack
- eggs1
- cooking oila drizzle
Gochujang sauce
- gochujang10 g1 part
- kewpie mayo5 g1/2 part
- chinese black vinegar5 g1/2 part
For serving
- scallions, thinly sliced
- black sesame seeds

Method
Step 1: Boil the noodles
the noodles according to package directions, and drain.
Step 2: Mix the sauce & fry an egg
In a small bowl, mix together gochujang, mayo, and vinegar until smooth. Taste and adjust if needed.
a sunny side up egg to your desired doneness and set aside.
Step 3: Assemble & serve
In the noodle pot, mix together the drained noodles and the noodle sauce.
Add the noodles to a plate, and top it with a fried egg, sliced scallions, and black sesame seeds. Enjoy.
